Kansas State’s Tommy Brady continued his impressive start to the outdoor season with a victory in the pole vault at the Stanford Invitational. Already setting an outdoor personal best in the event at this year’s TCU Invitational, Brady’s victory today marked his third career win in the pole vault overall. The junior pole vaulter cleared a height of 4.81m/15-09.25 amidst swirling winds at Cobb Track and Angell Field.
For Brady, it’s his first win in the pole vault since he finished first at the 2013 ESU Spring Open.
