NASELLE, Washington — The Naselle High School track & field team has a variety of talent in its 21 athletes this season. The squad consists of eight freshman, five sophomores, four juniors and four seniors. Junior Kyler Wulf comes in to the season following a seventh place finish at the state championship meet last year, where he scored his personal best in the pole vault at 11-foot-6. Wulf said his goal this year is to clear 13 feet. He said he intends to compete in the long jump, the triple jump and possibly a running event as well as the pole vault. Senior Keith Reitz plans to compete in the mile and two mile runs as well as pole vault. His goal in regard to pole vaulting is to better his previous height of 9-foot-6. more
