Sam Harding blew the field away in the pole vault with a PR of
14-7 which is the highest outdoor mark for the past five years in Section 5 and sixth best in the state this year at the Meet of Champions Friday night at Waterloo. Harding and teammate Kevin Palisamo led the field at the event, as Palisamo cleared 12-09. Harding and Palisamo qualified for the state meet, which will be held Friday and Saturday at Middletown High School (Section 9).
