The Arizona State University track and field teams will split up for the first time this season, with the throwers and pole vaulters traveling to the Mountain T Invitational in Flagstaff while the sprinters and distance runners will travel to College Station, Texas, for the Texas A&M Aggie Invitational, Feb. 7-8. ASU joins host Texas A&M, Baylor, Houston, LSU, TCU, Tennessee, UCLA, and UTEP this weekend at the Gilliam Indoor Track Stadium. Joining the Sun Devils at the Walkup Skydome this weekend are host Northern Arizona, Grand Canyon, Cal State Northridge, Long Beach State, Arizona, Southern Utah, Cal State Dominguez Hills, Asuza Pacific, and Concordia. The University of Arizona is also sending athletes to the New Balance Collegiate Invitational at the Armory in New York City. Arizona’s Junior colleges are dividing their time between the Mountain T’s and the Glendale Community College Indoor meet.
